Jake with "The Tooky River Buck"

« on: November 01, 2009, 07:10:03 PM »

Rut seems to be a little off this season Undecided I'm not seeing nearly as many scrapes like I have in past years. Even in areas known to get scraped up pretty good by now, there's nothing.

Was out today in an area that usually is loaded and I only found one scrape. I went into another area that every year a buck makes a nice scrape line of 5 along the logging road and found nothing. Maybe he got killed? yes but to see it happening in other areas that I know bucks are running this year doesn't make sense.
